On the opposite side of the sea is a peaceful place where you can find a lot of beauty, nature and all the quality of life that Australia offers.
Due to the rugged terrain and lack of resources, the Blue Mountains were seen as an insurmountable barrier to future exploration. In 1788, the Blue Mountains were originally called "Carmarthen Hills" and "Landsdowne Hills" by Governor Phillip, however, was not long after that the distinctive blue haze around the area, and woe to the name change to the Mountains blue.
The Blue Mountains is densely populated with eucalyptus trees. The atmosphere is filled with water droplets in combination with dust particles and water vapor dispersal rays of short wave length light which are predominantly blue.
Australian Aborigines were the first to inhabit the Blue Mountains, however, we are unable to determine how far back in history this has happened.

Blue mountains has various spots and its countless falls, two of them are in Wentworth (one of their biggest falls) and Katoomba.
